Impressively, fashionette proved its flexibility with its mobile office regulation during Covid-19: as a digital company, it was possible to switch over to full working capacity within one day while observing the distance rules, from home and on the road. As a digital-first company, fashionette was thus able to maintain 100% business operations and ensure the health of its employees. Using regular, digital employee meetings, the company was able to maintain the flow of communication and information and further promote personal collaboration through video calls.
